Welcome to our unique world of relaxation where every moment is one of friendship and family.

Central Coast Beach Breaks is a boutique Holiday Home Management company offering friendly holiday accommodation on the Central Coast. Our properties are located approx. 90 minutes north of Sydney. The Central Coast offers secluded beaches, a picturesque bay, award winning restaurants, cafes, galleries and a village atmosphere.

Beach towns to roaming countryside, the Central Coast is an outdoor lover’s dream.

Easy-going with chilled-out vibes, the Central Coast is a hotspot for weekend getaways. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean to one side and Brisbane Water to the other, this beautiful stretch of coastline packs a whole lot in. A string of beachside towns, national parks, secluded bays, and meandering countryside. The best part? It’s all just over an hour from Sydney.

From bushwalks through the Bouddi National Park to the water’s edge, to dining out in one of the many cafes and restaurants, the Central Coast has it all.

Our homes cater to couples, families, extended family groups, some pet-friendly and corporate/executive stays.

At heart, we’re holiday entrepreneurs, providing exceptional customer experience, tirelessly caring and reclaiming the personal touch.

"A group of 10 of us spent the weekend at Kim’s place Moana Beach House for my birthday and it was perfect. The views are breath taking when you first enter the property and there was more than enough space for us all. The beach is a stones throw away for a morning stroll with a coffee. Kim was a very responsive and helpful host, our only gripe was that we had to leave! Kim left me a Birthday cake and a bottle of wine! "Grasstree is gorgeous and a great stay for a weekend away! The outdoor living and entertaining space is so beautiful and relaxing, I could’ve stayed for much longer. The decor and styling of the place is second to none and the amenities and all the little details make it a really special stay - games, books, fairy lights, desk space and everything you could need for BBQ or eating in. The location is great, it’s a perfect place to explore the Central Coast. You will be about a 5 min drive from the local beach and a cute little cafe. Rooms are good sizes and all very bright. This place is great value! Kim is an amazing host."

"The Pool House is a fantastic property and location - perfect for a family get away. Plenty of indoor space and separate areas for adults and kids to hang out, as well as a pristine pool. Recently renovated with all the amenities (and kitchen gadgets) you might need. Easy and quick walk to the beach seals the deal. Kim is fantastic."
