Airbnb Co-Host
Co-Host are experienced Hosts. In my many years as an Airbnb Host, I have experienced countless hosting scenarios.
My approach to co-hosting is as if the place is my own property.
I strive to deliver the same level of attention to detail and thoughtful touches, always aiming to exceed my Hosts expectations.
I am an Interior Designer/Stylist and specialise in Holiday Home setup.
I have an initial set up fee of $500.00. This will cover writing your listing, organise a photographer and style the pictures, organise local regulations and setting your calendar.
I will Co-Host with you and my fee is 20%.
Guest Communication:
Prompt and professional responses to inquiries to ensure guests feel welcomed and informed.
Reservation Management:
Efficient management of bookings, cancellations, and special requests to optimise occupancy.
Listing Optimisation:
Creating inviting listings with high-quality photos, styling and descriptions to attract more bookings.
Property Maintenance:
Managing housekeeping and laundry services and property maintenance to maintain the property condition.
Local Expertise:
Local knowledge is everything as it provides guests with valuable local tips and recommendations.
Most importantly I am based on the Central Coast and available 24/7.
