The space
This house has a very special story behind it. The owners bought the home in Feb 2022 with a vision of making it something special. They loved travelling to Hawaii and staying at the Moana Surfrider located in Waikiki. It is one of the most beautiful and oldest hotels in Hawaii and has a beautiful veranda with rocking chairs that guests love to sit and enjoy throughout the property.

Location:
The Moana Beach House is a 2 story beach house perched on the north end of beautiful Wamberal Beach and a short walk to the Beach.
What makes it special:
This Hawaiian inspired Holiday Home replicates the calm peacefullness and sheer beauty of our favourite award-winning hotel, Moana Surfrider located in Oahu. Nothing has been spared in the fit-out. A new pool and deck, new sliding doors from the upstairs main bedroom, second bedroom with the single beds and lounge area and two rocking chairs on the front balcony.

The Pricing:
We aim to provide more value than you'd ever expect during your stay. We price the Moana based on the seasonal activity throughout the year, along with offering discounts mid-week during non-peak times. Anytime of the year is beautiful on the Central Coast, and we have loads of activities to choose from in any season so you have a fabulous holiday. Always ask us about any Specials.

The Design:
Bedrooms: Something for everyone.

- The Big Island Room (2nd Floor) - The Master Bedroom, brand new King Size bed and en-suite
- Oahu Room (2nd Floor) - Comfy queen size bed with plush pillows, shared bathroom complete w/ large dual head shower and bath tub
- Kauai Room (2nd Floor) - 2x long single beds, comfortable and perfect for relatives or friends
- Maui Room (ground floor) - Queen Bed, spacious, quiet, comfortable and tucked away on the ground floor
- Lanai Room (ground floor) - 2x long single beds, excellent for kids, relatives, or friends to have their own space-

Kitchen: Well stocked and stylishly appointed w/ ocean views.
• Appliances: All your basics covered…..dishwasher, coffee machine, 4 burner stove, electric oven and microwave.
• Utensils: Everything you need for cooking and meals including…..pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cups, wine & beer glasses, baking trays, measuring cups.
• Supplies: For your convenience we provide…..selection of teas, coffee pods to get you started, olive oil, salt & pepper, spices.
• Seating: Large 8 person dining table surrounded by ocean views, 3 person bar stool table, and additional seating arrangements outside (see outdoor area).

There are two kitchens, located on the top and ground floor so guests staying on either floor can conveniently prepare and sit together for meals as they choose. Perfect for guests to have their own space or come together.

Living Areas: Comfortable and convenient living spaces for everyone to enjoy

• 2nd Floor: Gaze out at the stunning view, gather together with family and friends, or entertain yourself with movies, sports, and more. Includes spacious indoor lounge with large wrap around sofa which will comfortably seat eight. 75” Smart UHD TV complete w/ Netflix & Foxtel for all your entertainment needs (sign into your own account to access).
• Ground Floor: Spacious and secluded, this living area is perfect to hangout for TV, games, or a quiet space to relax. Includes 2 large sofas seating 6 along with 40' Smart UHD TV w/ Netflix and Foxtel.

Outdoor Area:
- New pool and deck. The pool is not heated however can be at an extra cost for months Jan - April and Sep - Dec.
• Main 2nd Floor balcony includes 2 comfortable rocking chairs and table with a 5 burner BBQ.
• 2nd Floor balcony includes 2 lounge chairs to relax in the sunshine.
• 2nd Floor outdoor dining area located at the back of the property. Fully covered and protected from the sun on the warm summer days. Perfect for a relaxing lunch or evening dinner together.
• Ground floor patio located outside the sliding glass doors, a cool shaded area to enjoy a meal or have a quiet space.
• The ground floor has a table tennis table in the small single garage.
Laundry Facilities: Located on both ground and top floor for your convenience.
• Both ground floor and top floor laundry facilities include washer with individual detergent packets and clothes line.
• The top floor laundry facility also includes a dryer when you need a quick turnaround or weather permits.
Guest access
• You and your guests will have full access to the entire property

There is a lock up garage for one car. Parking in the driveway. There is some free parking in the street.
Please note you will be asked to sign terms and conditions contract at the time of booking. Our noise policy is listed in the property description and if you wish to see the full terms please advise and we can send these through for you.

• We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers where all guests are under the age of 25 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
• We aim to provide 5-star service Before booking please ensure you agree to the following….
• Please read our house rules carefully
• No parties, no smoking, no pets
• Please ensure all guests 25yrs and up are included on the reservation with approved govt ID.
Stained linen will incur extra costs.
Missing items will incur replacement costs.
BBQ must be cleaned. Extra costs will apply if not.
Oven and microwave to be wiped out extra costs will apply.
Noise complaints may include losing your Bond.
No smoking anywhere. Loss of bond may apply.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint - please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct - we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 9PM
POOL DISCLAIMER
No diving and jumping into the pool.
No hanging off the feature. We take no responsibility for personal injury for not following the rules. You will be charged for any damage.

2 weekend nights $3500.00
7 nights (A surcharge will apply for Saturday or Sunday check ins and check outs) $8000.00 plus additional surcharge.
Mid-week Sunday to Thursday $1250.00 per night.
Winter 1 May - 31 August
2 nights weekend $2500.00
7 night (A surcharge will apply for Saturday or Sunday check ins and check outs) $6000.00 plus surcharge.
Mid week Sunday to Thursday $1000.00 per night.
Easter
4 nights Thursday to Monday $8000.00

PLEASE NOTE
All long weekends are minimum stay three nights.
All prices above will add additional fees and charges from outside booking websites.

Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night.
If you are looking to stay Friday to Monday for three nights, please enquire for a discount Sunday mid-week rate. Excludes Long weekends and Holidays.
