Situated in a fabulous location, only a two minute walk to Umina Beach and two
minutes walk (200m) to the vibrant Umina Beach shopping and eating precinct
where you can enjoy everything this beautiful seaside town has to offer without
needing to use a car. The newly revamped kids BMX & skate park and tennis courts
are also close. Umina Beach is recognised as one of the best beaches to learn
to surf and provides some great fishing and kayaking spots. Enticing coffee
shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance, as are the three main
supermarkets and Bunnings.

The comfortable home is yours to access exclusively. The key lock box is located outside the lock up garage, which is in the rear laneway. A four-digit code will be given to guests on the start day of their stay.

We are in a residential area, and we ask that you respect the neighbours regarding noise.
