A Bond is held for possible damage. No less than 7 days before check in.

Booking Terms

  • If you are checking out on a Sunday and it is a back to back there is a 25% loading on the cleaning fee. If you check out on a Public Holiday and it is a back to back it is a 50% loading on the cleaning fee.
  • There is No Smoking anywhere inside or outside the property. If detected you may loose part of or all of your bond or pay $200.00.
  • When Checking Out please ensure you have:- Cleaned the BBQ, Oven and Microwave if used. If not there is an extra fee of $50.00 Closed and lock all windows and doors. No parties, hens or bucks. Garbage has been taken out. Excess rubbish which means it does not fit into the bins and/or we have guests checking in again that day there is a $70 extra fee t take it away. Garbage bins put out if it's the relevant pick up night. There may be extra costs if not done. Extra guests over what is booked is $50pp per night
  • Smoking detected is $200.00.
  • Please try leave the home is the same condition as you found.
  • Please do not move furniture around.
  • Any of the above not adhered to may result is the loss of your bond.
  • Bath towels are provided but not beach towels.
  • Check out is no later than 9am. On occasions we can allow a slightly later check out. Must be approved prior to arrival.
  • Shampoo and conditioner is not provided. WiFi is provided
  • Please note there maybe a loading for Public Holidays.
  • Please be mindful of Noise. Restrictions apply after 10pm and there are NO PARTIES and no people on the balcony after 10pm. If not adhered to you may be evicted or pay a fine up to $200.00. NO EXCEPTION.
  • We do not take bookings for ages under 25 years old.
  • Please ensure the outdoor lights are off at night and not left on.
  • During busy seasons like Christmas, Easter etc Check In and Check Out times will vary probably 9.30am Check Out and 4pm Check In this probably will not vary or change.
